This work has not survived, and while there are good reasons to think that it was actually written as part of a protracted correspondence between members of the al-Munajjim family and the Christians Ḥunayn ibn Isḥāq (q.v.) and Qusṭa ibn Lūqā (q.v.), its existence is confirmed mainly by circumstantial evidence.
